We Got the Wrong Bush!

It is all explained here:

The Lord then explained how unfettered evil could be unleashed on the world in 2001 after eight consecutive years of relative peace and prosperity.

“Sometimes, when I’m in a rush and I have one or two billion things going at once, things get forgotten or mixed up. Look at Marissa Tomei winning the Oscar for My Friend Vinnie, for instance, or The Bridges of Madison County.

“Well, back in 1946, when I was busy cleaning up the mess you people made after WWII, I apparently... I can’t believe I’m saying this. I apparently sent this dimension, the one where the rules of science and logic actually apply, the wrong George W. Bush.

Nearing the End

Ms. Pelosi, Mr. Hoyer, step out of our way.

There is no possibility of the US remaining in the Middle East for a half century. The dollar and US power are already on their last legs, unbeknownst to Democratic leaders Pelosi and Reid who are preparing yet another blank check for Bush's latest request for $200 billion in supplementary war funding.
There isn't any money with which to fund Bush's lost war. It will have to be borrowed from China.

The Romans brought on their own demise, but it took them centuries. Bush has finished America in a mere 7 years.

Very Interesting

We all know the Bush regime wants to spy on Americans. What we didn't know is how soon they started.

The phone company Qwest Communications refused a proposal from the National Security Agency that the company’s lawyers considered illegal in February 2001, nearly seven months before the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, the former head of the company contends in newly unsealed court filings.

War Crimes

We have war criminals in the White House.

Andrew Sullivan asks the question.

There is no doubt - no doubt at all - that these tactics are torture and subject to prosecution as war crimes. We know this because the law is very clear when you don't have war criminals like AEI's John Yoo rewriting it to give one man unchecked power. We know this because the very same techniques—hypothermia, long-time standing, beating—and even the very same term "enhanced interrogation techniques"—"verschaerfte Vernehmung" in the original German—were once prosecuted by American forces as war crimes. The perpetrators were the Gestapo. The penalty was death. You can verify the history here.

We have war criminals in the White House. What are we going to do about it?

Bush World Tour Continues

This is why the internet is so important. How else would I know that my country is planning to declare war on yet another nation that has done nothing to us, except from reading a British newspaper?

THE Pentagon has drawn up plans for massive airstrikes against 1,200 targets in Iran, designed to annihilate the Iranians’ military capability in three days, according to a national security expert.

Alexis Debat, director of terrorism and national security at the Nixon Center, said last week that US military planners were not preparing for “pinprick strikes” against Iran’s nuclear facilities. “They’re about taking out the entire Iranian military,” he said.

Bombing Iran

The War Criminal in the Living Room is one of the most depressing things I've read in a long time. The author— Paul Craig Roberts, former assistant secretary of the Treasury under Ronald Reagan.

How in the hell do we stop this madness?

An Administration official told me it's not even a consideration. "IRGC IED's are a casus belli for this administration. There will be an attack on Iran."

Who Needs a Weatherman?

Does this sound like the wind up for a false flag operation to you?

"This is reminiscent of the warnings and intelligence we were getting in the summer of 2001." anon. official to ABC News.

Warnings in summer 2007 and into the fall.
"Terrorist" event this winter or early next year.
Bush declares martial law by April. He has the authority.
Wayne Downing was Bush’s deputy national security adviser for counterterrorism under Condoleezza Rice early in the first term. On December 24, 2002, six months after he retired, he told The Washington Post: “The United States may have to declare martial law someday in the case of a devastating attack with weapons of mass destruction causing tens of thousands of casualties. This could mean that the military would be given the authority to impose curfews, protect businesses and communities, even make arrests.”

General Tommy Franks, who led the Iraq invasion, told Cigar Aficionado in December 2003 that if terrorists attack us again, this time with a weapon of mass destruction, it will cause the “population to question our own Constitution and to begin to militarize our country in order to avoid a repeat of another mass-casualty-producing event. Which, in fact, then begins to potentially unravel the fabric of our Constitution.”
Downing and Franks aren’t the only former officials talking about martial law.

Libby

I like Joe's take:
George W. Bush, the man who executed 131 inmates while governor of Texas, has commuted the 30-month prison sentence of Lewis “Scooter” Libby because the punishment was too harsh for helping a Vice President commit treason against the United States of America.
