I don't mean to be snippy, I hope I don't sound that way, but why is this amazing? Rather, why did you find this amazing. I think it's rather sad, myself. they should have put him on a stretcher and in an ambulance, not paraded him around for handshakes. It wasn't cool what he did, it was stupid. Just my 2 cents :) Have a nice day.
I have never understood the allure of extreme sports anyway. It looks like a stupid thing to do. Mark me down as another person who is unimpressed.

I'm not much of an xtreme sports enthusiast.
What was amazing is that he even got up or wasn't killed. To fall that far and not be seriously injured is what I find amazing.
