A Question

Suppose you have a large population of young, disaffected and unemployed young people in a war torn country. What is the best way to concentrate these potential insurgents and help them to network?

How about like this:

The number of Iraqis held by U.S. troops has swollen from 16,000 in February to 24,500 today, the NYT reports, thanks to increased U.S. troop numbers and greater cooperation from Iraqi citizens; overwhelmingly, the detainees are angry, uneducated, unemployed young men who fell victim to ideological, religiously motivated extremists.
Someday an internationally recognized Iraq leader will write a book of his radicalization and education inside the American prisons in Iraq.

Same thing we do here: throw them in jail.
